A Series in Response to Abu Usaama’s Habitual Deceitfulness –[Malicious Speculation and Desperate Scapegotery]
In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy
The Bid’ee says that if you do not agree with the Rulings of Shaikh Rabee, they throw you outside The Sunnah
Indeed, a sensible person asks him (herself): ‘’If it were the case that the Bid’ee was declared misguided merely because he does not agree with Shaikh Rabee, then why is it that nether Shaikh Rabee nor the Salafiyyoon of the West preceded Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) in that verdict?’’ This is a simple answer, but unfortunately the Bid’ee is overwhelmed by an intense self-delusion, which turns him away from reality and leaves him clinging to fallacies and absurd speculations.
The man is negligent, idle and careless in his thinking and frightened of the truth. These bad habits have always manifested whenever he maliciously speculates or desperately looks for a scapegoat – we declared him misguided because he does not agree with the rulings of Shaikh Rabee!!! This shows that the Bid’ee’s intellect replaces reality with fallacy and facts with speculation. This is why you find him saying that if a person tells you that he (Goldie) supports Al-Maribi, then such a person will not be able to give you any evidence. However, examine his statement in 2004, as follows:
WHAT I STILL BELIEVE TODAY Wa Lilaahi-l-Hamd, that Abul Hasan IS SALAFEE and that the (TRUE) MAJOR SCHOLARS of this era, Imaam al-Albaanee and Imaam Ibn Baaz and Imaam Ibn ‘Uthaimeen and Shaikh Muqbil (may Allah have mercy upon them) they all died while being pleased with him – and that carries some weight and consideration in this Deen?! (raghm unoofihim)
The Bid’ee made this statement after the clear proofs had been established against Al-Maribi by many amongst the people of knowledge, yet he claims that there is no evidence that he supports al-Maribi and that he is declared misguided because he does not agree with the rulings of Shaikh Rabee!
Firstly: Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) was the first one who refuted Al-Maribi in detail, but also other scholars gave their verdicts. See here:http://www.salaficentre.com/2014/04/verdicts-of-the-scholars-against-abul-hasan-al-maribi-al-mubtadi-an-ally-of-masjid-as-sunnah/
Secondly: All the above scholars gave a verdict against Al-Maribi, which means that they agreed with Shaikh Rabee. However, not a single one of them declared Abu Usaama misguided besides Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) – that is because it was Shaikh Ahmad (rahimahullaah) who was asked specifically about Abu Usaama’s affair.
Thirdly: The verdict against Abu Usaama was given in the light of the detail evidences presented against Al-Maribi and Abu Usaama’s state of affairs, for one has to understand that not all the supporters of Al-Maribi were the same- some were duped and others like Abu Usaama are obstinate deceivers. The question Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) was asked clearly makes known who Abu Usaama was and his actions.
Question: “O Shaykh Ahmad we have with us in America a man called Abu Usaamah, who is considered to be from the Du’aat, he aids and supports Abul-Hasan and he calls some noble Salafi brothers ghulaat (extremists), muqallidah (blind followers), and muhqiboon (the people whose religion is the religion of the one they blindly follow), so what is the legislated position from this man and how should we deal with him?’’
Answer: “Your position with him is the same as your position with the People of Innovation. Turn away from him and abandon him.”
Therefore, one clearly sees that the verdict against Abu Usaama was an independent one based on what was known of his evil state of affairs, and not merely due to the fact that he opposed the rulings of Shaikh Rabee. This claim of the Bid’ee is nothing else but a malicious speculation and desperate scapegotery. Neither Shaikh Rabee nor the Salafiyyoon are to be blamed for his downfall, rather he is a Mukallaf- responsible for his own actions unless it is proven that he is mentally unstable.
Finally: It is very clear that the Bid’ee treats fallacies as reality. He allows himself to be submerged in false certainty and self-delusion. He is obsessed with finding fault with Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) because the Shaikh exposed the bidah of his beloved Mubtadi’ah mentors (Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi) and the Hizbi organisations he cooperates with (Ihyaa at-Turaath). The man is a waste of time, conniving, deceitful, slanderous and dishonest. The Bid’ee is once again reminded about his evil tongue and his slanders against Shaikh Rabee;
Ibn Asaakir (rahimahullaah) said: Know O my brother! May Allaah grant us and you His pleasure and make us from those who have awe of Him and fear of Him as He should be feared. Indeed, the flesh of the scholars is poisonous and Allaah’s way of disclosing the hidden affairs of those who diminish their worth is well known. Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: None violates the honour of the scholars who are upon the truth, except one of three (people): Either a hypocrite known for (his) hypocrisy, or an evil sinner who hates the scholars because they prevent him from his sinful (acts) of disobedience, or a misguided hizbi who hates the scholars because they neither agree with his hizbiyyah nor with his deviated views. We ask Allaah to protect from Goldie and his lying tongue. Aameen
