Saudi King Abdul Azeez – [It Is An Obligation to Give Sincere Advice to The Whole World]

He (rahimahullaah) said: That which I command this society (i.e. Saudi Arabia) is that they hold onto the Rope of Allaah [The Most High] as [Allaah (The Most High)] stated:
[وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا  – And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. the Qur’an, the Sunnah and all affairs of the religion), and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allah’s Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islamic Faith)(Ref 1)]; just as I (also) command them to give sincere advice to one another; for indeed the religion is (based) on sincere advice. It is an obligation to give sincere advice to the righteous, the wicked sinner, the young, the old, the rich and the poor; and not that it is given to a (particular) group and not another group, or a (particular) society and not another society. Indeed it is an obligation to give sincere advice to the whole world. [Ref 2]
